Great Clips is awesome for trims and a quick haircut. They do not offer colors or hair dyeing. Be sure to check in our the app or website. It is so important because often there is a wait and the hairstylist go by the next person from the list. Walk ins can happen but most likely you will have a wait anywhere from 20mins- 2 hours.

I went in probably a little over a month ago to have some light layers put in my hair. It was all one length when it started, about 1 inch longer than where the longest piece in this picture is. It is chopped to pieces. I waited a while to write this review because I thought maybe I have just been styling it wrong and I’ve been trying to live with it but it’s just horrible.

Despite checking in online, I consistently wait 45 minutes after the app tells me to be there. I’m sitting here right now 45 minutes past my appointment as the manager pressures a new girl she’s training to stay past her shift in front of everyone. She’s obviously uncomfortable as she was supposed to leave an hour ago but the pressure is being laid on thick. This place is understaffed and I can see why.

I appreciate on what stylist could do however they should improve on themselves to be better. Haircut was not great, especially when I offered references and told them how short I want it. Resulted the hair being shorter than expected and not following up the hairstyle at all.
