Rex is a up and coming master hairstylist and was able to give me an “attorney haircut” so to speak. 10/10 would go to him again. Please be specific when asking for your cut though, he tries to do his best which makes all the difference.

Signed in online wait time was to be 40 min . Went in there were somewhere around 10 chairs with only 3 people working . Employees seemed to be totally confused, frustrated and overwhelmed . I waited in the salon for more than an hr. After noticing others being called before me I asked when it was to be my turn . They informed me that I wasn’t checked in even though I physically checked in when I got there . After much confusion and the gal that checked me in disappearing they finally acknowledged I was checked in . They continued to call others I finally got up said take my name off the list I’m leaving . Their response was oh well you were next . I ignored their response and am done with Great Clips . Every time you go into a Great Clips there is a whole new crew . I suspect there is a serious business practice which causes this lace to be a revolving door . Not impressed and as I mentioned will not be back to any Great Clips .

My mom went to get her hair cut with a pic. The hairdresser said no problem. The cut looked nothing close to the pic.My mom told her she was not happy with the cut at all. Hairdresser said go put color in it and grow it out.. My mom came home in tears and said this hairdresser would not listen .So I had to take her somewhere else to fix the damage. It looked atrocious! This was the worst haircut I’ve honestly ever seen. Please beware don’t go there. We will never be back very unprofessional and this person I’m sorry to say can’t cut hair well at all.

The last 3 times I’ve been have been terrible. The worst haircuts I’ve ever had. The last time I left in tears at how extreme my hair looked. Cut way shorter than I wanted with very extreme layers. I don’t know where their staff went to get their education but it seems like they didn’t go to hair school at all.

We went in to get a haircut for my son. The lady took him over to her booth and started on the haircut. My son said he knew he was in trouble when she said “I’m stuck, I need help”. Now we were under the impression that all of these people were licensed and have gone to school. Apparently not. She had to get another lady to come and help. They both then thought the haircut was acceptable and I came over. I said it’s uneven as can be. One side is thick, the other is thin. One side is long, the other is short. Oh let us fix it. So they go back for another 30 minutes. They said what do you think? I was in shock how much worse it got and stunned. I didn’t know what to say. I said it’s fine, and my son said please just get me out of here. I shook my head and again stunned. I paid and left. Today I had to go to a barber to get his hair fixed and put another $45 to fix this mistake! Stay far away, or make sure your person knows what they are doing before sitting down!

I went to go get layers at great clips and the lady that took me didn’t explain what she was going to do and she didn’t talk or communicate with anything. She was messing with my hair and when she was cutting it she didn’t even do layers and made my hair very uneven and that was in like 2 minutes, I had to go to someone else to get it fixed. I’m not saying all of the people who work there are like that but just be careful who you get.
