Can’t get a quick haircut anymore with the foolish online check-in. No matter when I walk in there is always an hours worth of people ahead. With the field people like me working we wait around that long nor do the online check-in. It used to be you could get a haircut within 30 minutes of walking in the door to Great Clips now it is just ridiculous.

I am 87 and have a difficult time getting to the barber. Rochelle said would I mind a 1-hour wait. My phone Great Clips app won’t make a reservation. A wonderful gentleman, that came in right after me was next on the list and could see that I was struggling, said ‘take my reservation I can come back another time’. I was overwhelmed and thanked him profusely. A spontaneous act of kindness. Really wished I had thought before he was gone to whip out my wallet and give him a $20 for his next haircut.

It is always a painful process to find a place to get decent haircuts when you move. I have been to this location 3 times. The first two times my haircuts were average, but what I expect when the haircut is only $15. I was a satisfied customer. This last time was kind of a disappointment. I have attached a photo so you can see. There was quite a few people waiting for me, so I wonder if they were just rushing(but that is not excuse). I felt rushed, they did not offer to wash my hair this time or even put product in it. I also have got a student discount before, but they said this time they did not offer one. I’m curious if policy had changed then? Anyways, last two were what I expect, this time the quality of the cut was worth about $5. I would think twice before going here again.

Took my nephew in for a cut, decent cut but the guy refused to style it and sent him away covered in hair. Didn’t turn him around to even look at it to make sure all was well.. awkward encounter. I’ll be going to the other location across town.
