I will have to say..the app for appointments is great! Sorry I can’t say the same for the ladies working there. Some can be very not likeable & they take forever to get you in.This is the second time I take both my boys there 1-8yrs & 1-11yrs old. And at the end..both their heads hurt and look red. Like the clips are not clean or oiled correctly. Will be the last time there.

I had really long hair that I wanted to donate. I decided on a VERY short hairstyle, so I could maximize my donation. Online checkin was great. When I arrived, I was already toward the top of their busy waiting list. I explained that I was nervous because I was doing something extreme and asked if they could perhaps recommend someone with a lot of experience because the haircut was a really big deal to me. The lady (later found out she was the manager, Mel) said she would personally do my hair and immediately took me back. Mel took her time, she was VERY friendly and attentive to my requests. She did a WONDERFUL job and gave me exactly what I asked for. She even took the time to braid my hair into multiple braids before cutting it off. (I had a LOT of hair, so that no doubt wasn’t easy). She gave me a very high quality cut and ensured that I was satisfied before wrapping things up. The haircut is going to take some getting used to because I went from one extreme to the other (in terms of length). But Mel did great and I would definitely recommend her to others!

Our experience here was shockingly pleasant. The woman who did my son’s cut was extremely patient and did a great job. My only complaint is their only system didn’t exactly work. It said I had a 0 wait time, then a 10 minute wait time but when we got there we still had a wait time. But it was better than the 1hr wait down the street!
