So my daughter and I went in for haircuts. Requested 2 1/2 inches straight across. Got about 3 1/2 inches or 4 inches off. Obviously was not straight across. Coincidentally we both got our left side chopped off crooked with two different stylist. Kind of difficult to get it fixed because then we will end up with even shorter hair. Not what we wanted. Well we wanted hair like the right side of our shoulder , not on the left side of our shoulder. We paid $22bucks for that haircut! Can’t tell when your hair is wet until you straighten it! She is in tears as she has an important confirmation event on Monday! We will never return to GreatClips again! Do better hiring! My stylus was busy talking to the receptionist about snowcones! Seriously they were discussing places and looking at the receptionist phone at snowcones! Yep that’s what she was doing!

Leaving a 5 star because the manager Mary came to help us out when the other rude lady Maggie I believe was her name trying to charge us double and not wanting to give the haircut my daughter wanted. Maggie was more worried about leaving by 6pm than her job she’s getting paid to do talk about bad customer service from her! So who ever comes here ask for the Manager Mary she’ll take care of you and give you great customer service.

Nicky did my husbands haircut but then made my husband wait to get beard work done by someone else. when he asked why she said beards take longer and mess up her average time for haircut. I was pretty disappointed with my haircut after I got home and dried and styled my hair. It really looked nothing like the picture I showed the stylist Nickole and it wasn’t totally even. The whole cut took 10 minutes. I went straight back and explained my concern. A different stylist fixed the cut for me. She was patient and understanding. I didn’t catch her name, but she spent more time on my hair than the first stylist did. I was really glad I went back and I’m really pleased with how my hair cut ended up.
