I’ve been going here for years, but the techs have changed and service has gone down. I just got a pedi and no-chip and my nails look terrible. The tech never even used nail polish remover to remove my previous color. Just a drill and the neon yellow is still peeking though on the edges of my new polished nails. Also the tech painted on my skin, cuticles and this is going to peel in days. Lumpy, just awful.

HORRIBLE is an understatement. Went here on the recommendation of friends and WORST decision ever. The shoe of the dude doing my manicure kept touching my fresh manicure so I swiveled my feet sideways. He FLUNG the dip powder in my face and walked away because apparently that frustrated him. I’ll be filing a complaint and also do not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience of my life. I was supposed to relax during getting my nails done, the EXACT opposite. Andy is my go to guy for dip! He does a great job at listening to my wants/needs and is very friendly. Helen is also a great choice. These 2 can do almost anything you want. Show a picture and they can re-create. I’ve been coming here for years and at first, I did not like the staff as they weren’t friendly but it’s definitely gotten better over the years. worth a try!

The most amazing nail spot, I literally make the hike up from the city just to get my powder dip mani done with Tracy. Many very talented ladies also for gel looks and cute designs. I highly recommend. Its always busy sooo 100% definitely call ahead. There are also soooo many color and ombre options its also hard to choose every single time. Tracy, Toni and other do a phenomenal job shaping and adding detail. Amazing nail salon, one of the best north of the city.

Terrible experience. I was rushed so the lady could go to her regular person. She didn’t talk with me or ask me what I wanted. She didn’t do a good job, they charged me $10 for cudical oil that wasn’t even applied right. Then I went back to have her fix the nails, she lectured me and told me it was my fault. I am never going back! They didn’t even try and make it right with me. Worst nail experience. When I went to have my dip taken off, I got a fungal infection!! I would be very cautious going here! They aren’t cleaning their instruments!! I am disgusted with this place!!

Me and my mom have been loyal customers here for years. recently, management has been extremely cheap and does not buy any new polishes or restock popular ones. every single time i go, they don’t have the color i ask for. management is unwilling to pay the cost of maintaining the business yet still charges a lot for services. even when they do have colors, they don’t renew them and they end up using old polish on nails that chip and crack in a few days. absolutely unprofessional, overpriced and mismanaged. they don’t care about their service, only about making money and ripping people off. only SOME technicians are amazing, and they keep the business together. otherwise, management is a joke.
