Critical: Professionalism, QualityI will start by saying that I knew better but my friend has been here several times and had good results but you get what you pay for.I thought for a kids cut and just trimming the ends, that wasn’t difficult. I was wrong.The lady who cut my daughters hair was named Irene. She wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t speak to my daughter until after she was out of her chair. She didn’t even smile. My daughter thought she was scary.We left great clips and went to Walmart and I turned her around to look at her hair and I was like oh my gosh! How did she miss this!? It was so frustrating. I finished our shopping. Took her right back. When she saw us she came over and I was like oh ok. I’ll fix it. When she got my daughter back to her chair and looked at her hair, she said, “Oh yeah, I did miss a big spot!”I let her fix it. But even now, I’m still not sure how this woman holds a license. I will never go to another Great Clips again because of this one person. I will take my daughter back to a legit salon and pay extra to ensure she never has to have another bad haircut again.I wasn’t going to post but after washing her hair and brushing it straight and seeing that she still didn’t do a good job. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.It was a very simple haircut. Just trim the ends.
