Worst haircut I have ever paid money for! I took my son there and besides the fact that it was a total hack job the lady was rude and could not even do a simple haircut. You can actually see a line on the back of his head where she changed clipper attachments. Also his head was terribly red and torn up. If you chose to go there for a haircut do yourself a huge favor and wait for Chad. Trust me when I say he is the only one working there that actually knows how to cut hair.

The lady didn’t spray my hair, just started cutting. My hair was uneven and I was only in there for less than 10 minutes. It felt like she wanted to rush me out the door. Got a hair cut here the other day and the lady butchered my hair. My bangs are super choppy and uneven, and she cut hair that wasn’t part of my bangs. I also asked for more layers in my hair and she didn’t do it, and it’s also choppy. I’m heavily considering going in and asking for a refund to go towards getting it fixed somewhere else.

Worst hair cut ever! My husband took my little kid to get a hair cut and omg!! I can’t even describe how I feel after seeing that on my son, it’s not the first time this happened (I had another similar situation in another Great Clips location) you can notice in the pictures that my son didn’t get the hair line, there are spots that the stylist didn’t even use the clipper correctly, and the worst part was that she told my husband that she can’t do more because it’s going to be TOO SHORT!

They keep missing hairs around the ears and on the sides when I get a 1 or 2 on the sides, even with me telling them about it. I would only go to the older guy with the slicked back hair otherwise I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

My wait was not long but neither is my hair. I was chopped. I showed them a picture of my hair from five months ago. I said please don’t do certain things. I realize my hair is thick and wavy but she did it. Chopped it off. It’s awful 1990’s style of awful. I am not happy. She wouldn’t talk to me or answer my questions when it was obviously uneven. I am a nice person but not feeling very good in their hands. Last two times were great but not now.

I’ve had my last cut here. I used to think the place was fine. But their standards are nonexistent. Im sick of walking out with a haircut that just so happens to be shorter and nothing else positive to say about the cut. Twice in a row I felt that the trimmers needed some sort of maintenance. It shouldn’t feel like my hairs are getting pulled with every trim. I don’t know if the women cutting my hair was either entirely clueless or entirely careless. I kid you not one time one of them cut a solid line across one side of my head and a patchy “fade” on the other. My left and right looked like two entirely different but equally as terrible haircuts. And the stylist was ready to send me on my way. The only thing that came to mind is how an actress like her works at “Great” Clips. I guess the only possitive note to be said about this place is if you can hold a pair a scissors, your hired. Don’t waste your money here. If you can afford your own trimmers, you can get the same quality if not better by having a buddy do your own hair. If my words affend you, think about how it feels to spend money on getting hairs pulled and a pretend haircut.

There is a reason why other locations have longer wait times. I made the poor decision of getting a cut here because they was no wait. The older lady who cut my hair had a bad attitude. She did not know how to cut hair in a military manner. The cut was uneven and wasn’t even close to a no guard cut. I asked if she could correct it and she said I needed to go to a barber shop. I would recommend going to other great clip locations in Papillon. Stay away from this location in Bellevue…
