The staff and Dr. Litwin we’re all very friendly and helpful. At every visit Dr. Litwin would great me with a smile and ask me why how I was doing. My complaint is I have never felt more rushed in any doctor’s appointment as I have with Dr. Litwin. One example: at one appointment I was getting some warts frozen off and I told her all the points that needed work. She came back and worked on two of the four and then left before I could remember the other two points (it is a painful procedure). Consequently I had to spend money on another appointment to have her work on the other points. I also once booked to have a full body scan and she did the full body scan in about 30-45 seconds; this is not an exaggeration. I will try elsewhere in the meantime to see if I can find a doctor who will actually, literally, sit down with me for two minutes and make me feel a bit more heard and cared for.

The office check-in was efficient. The medical assistant, Anele, and Dr. Nazarian listened attentively, answered all of my questions in detail and explained my conditions.
