My son and I have been going to this place for a couple years now and honestly have always enjoyed the people working there and the job they do. I got my haircut by a lady I have not seen before her name was Jo. Extremely rude and unprofessional. When she gets hair on your face she just takes her hand and wipes it down the front of your face. I told her just please go over my hair with a number three so I can grow my hair out. She gave me a four minute haircut left a bunch of straggler hairs all over when I told her I want someone else to fix my hair because she was very unprofessional she got mad and started walking up to all the other women cutting hair today I was in the wrong and I shouldn’t be allowed there anymore. I couldn’t believe how she was acting so I just left a $20 bill next to the cash register and left. Like I said I have always enjoyed getting my haircut and my sons haircut at this place but after the way she acted it will be hard for me to go back.

I didn’t have an appointment, I wanted my hair trimmed and washed. I only had to wait 10 minutes and the lady that cut my hair did a great job I have very long hair and I want 4″ taken off, she did a great job when. When I get my hair washed it is relaxing to me. She washed my hair and slowly messaged my scalp by the time she was done I didn’t have a care in the world.

I had checked the option to have the location text me when our time was up and the stylists were ready for us. The countdown went from 3 minutes to 15 minutes because the employees bypassed me since we weren’t inside and they didn’t know we were here. We never received a text saying it was our turn and the employees inside basically said so what when I went in to see what had happened. So we waited 48 minutes for haircuts when it should have been 33 and then the employee was rude on top of it.
