Critical: Professionalism, QualityOne stylist and a receptist. Got into Heather’s chair and showed her how wanted. Well she started cutting my hair then she told me i was leaning over to far so she pushed my left shoulder down and kept telling me i was still leaning. She got done she showed me how it looked. I told her fine at that point paid her even gave her a tip just so i could get out of there. Got home and the left side of my hair is about 1/2 inch shorter or..ore. More of a “haircut factory” than barbershop. In and out in 10 minutes. But you cant beat the price. I was in a great clips in Scottsdale, Az earlier this year and received a great haircut, so it must be this location where the haircut is rushed and the ladies don’t seem to try to give good service. Hopefully, they will change their attitude as they become more experienced.

Took my son and husband in there to get haircut couple of days ago. The person that cut my husbands went so fast with the clippers, missed long hairs everywhere, I am fixing now at home. Where is the personal touch? The professionalism? We did not have a coupon, so paid full price for a sucky service.

Took my kids to get haircuts, have to take my son to my stylist to have his hair fixed. There is missed long pieces of hair. It’s not the first time my kids had a bad hair cut, had my daughter in to get a hair cit who has long hair it was uneven in the back had to have my stylist fix it. You lost this customer for good. The girl who cut my kids’ hair wasn’t friendly and went really fast with the clippers then told my son to quit moving she was the one pushing on his head with the clippers. It wasn’t worth the $20 i had to spend. I’ve given more than one chance and there is something wrong with the haircut more times than not. Very disappointed that they don’t care about their work enough to do a good job.

Great clips suck. Not trying to be rude but I am going to lie either. Every single time and at many different locations they have always messes up. Sarah couldn’t even cut my bangs right its all i went in for. Seriously it so simple. And the last time kayla couldn’t cut them either. And even just a plain hair cut no layers or anything I just wanted one length and it was so uneven. Hire people who can do a good job. How is it possible that everytime all of the stylist mess up. Maybe taken there time would also help. Ugh !! So irritated my bangs are uneven and short so I just have to wear them like this.

I’ve been there twice. First hair cut wasn’t to bad. The second hair cut was horrible. It was cut in places so short and long other. Hell my 10 year old would have done a better job.
