I am not a fan of the lady that cut my son’s hair. She was pretty aggressive not only with his hair cut, but in general. I watched her brushing the lady’s hair before my son’s turn. It looked like torture. She over charged me. I said this for an adult not a child haircut, and she said prices went up. I asked why they weren’t posted, because their sign says different. She said she didn’t know. Great! I’d rather not go back to this location.

I’ve never had such a good experience getting my hair done before. All 3 of the employees who were working on 3/1/21 were so kind and loving and made great conversation with me and took GREAT care of my damaged hair. 100% will be coming back I have never left a place feeling so happy!

The salon itself was not bad. The woman who cut my hair asked another employee what a pixie cut is. I chose the one I wanted. Halfway through she told me she is a barber, and mostly cuts men’s hair. My hair might be an inch long on top, half an inch in the back.

I can’t talk about the service itself because I was flatly refused service without any apparent reason.I had reserved a time slot for four haircuts. Four! As I and my three kids walked up to the salon a stylist opened the door and told me right away that they don’t do haircuts for children because kids just won’t let her do a haircut. Uhm, okay…?! I had no idea that different Great Clips do different services? This was my first time at this salon and she didn’t know me or anything about my three children (9, 9, and 5 years old). She had not even talked to them, and the kids were just calmly walking next to me. So this statement was completely out of place. There was no reason for her to assume that my kids won’t behave. My kids had many a haircut without screaming, yelling or wiggling. Sorry for causing any inconvenience to your salon by wanting to hand you my hard earned money in uncertain times to perform a haircut. I will make sure NOT to come back to this salon! Always had a good experience with Great clips at this location and others as well until recently. I got a haircut today after being told I wasn’t going to have my haircut until I wore a cloth facemask that hooks around the ears instead of neck gaiter by a lady wearing a cloth cheetah facemask. In the past year I have never had anyone have issues with a neck gaiter, I would love to know the evidence that a deadly virus is scared of cloth facemask vs neck gaiters.

I’ve been to this location a few times now. Every time they are busy. Which is a great thing. Except that while they are trying to do their job, they are also dealing with every single call, including those from customers and any one else who may try to contact the location. I know this because every time I’ve been in, my stylist has had to stop what she’s doing to deal with phone calls, including those from management trying to send the stylists home for not meeting numbers (even though there was a lobby full of people waiting for haircuts).

The stylist that did my hair when she finished and showed me I told her there was a strand of hair if she could cut it. She freaked out and said if I cut anymore it will be short and then she said I am not cutting you hair I’m done and left me on the chair she didn’t even cleaned me up. She was so rude and disrespectful to me and I never said it was bad I was happy with the haircut but she freaked out and screamed at me! I am so disappointed at the other stylist that didn’t say anything to her and let her Scream at me!

I love this location! I haven’t had any bad experiences. The employees are amazing, personable, professional and have great personalities! I have gone to other places before but this location is the only one that knows how to cut my type of hair and it styles correctly from day one of the cut! Claims to be open at 8:00 AM on Saturday. Stopped by at almost 8:30, no one was there. Ended up paying more for a beauty salon to cut my hair even though it takes less than 20 minutes. Thanks guys really professional of you.
