I just had major back surgery and couldn’t shower for more than a week. I desperately need my hair shampooed. I have purple hair and I use special shampoo and conditioner that has actual color in it to keep my hair looking bright and not dull or faded. So I had checked in online and when I got there a lady asked if I had checked in online, I said yes. And she went back to finishing her client. There were two lady’s working. There was one person ahead of me. The lady finished up and called me up there to officially check me in I guess, I started to tell her about my special shampoo I brought and she just cut me right off saying she wouldn’t be the one doing my hair and just to wait until the other lady was finished. That really soured me on the whole experience. Once the lady who was doing my hair got ready for me I explained to her I brought my own shampoo. She (very harshly) explained to me that they can’t use anything with color in it. Blah blah. I’m like whatever. I just need my hair shampooed. She was a very nice lady, she took really good care of my hair. Went above and beyond for just a shampoo. I really appreciated that. I can finally shower and wash my own hair. But I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in that situation again! She told me her name but it escapes me right now. She was wonderful though, she wore a pony tail and had kind of reddish hair. Thank you so much!!

They are really good with men’s haircuts. The ladies move with a sense of purpose. The only negative I can think of are two fold…..the showroom needs to be updated. Prices need to come down about four dollars. Overall, great spot for a haircut!

Location wasn’t busy, was able to get right in. Stylist was pretty quick cutting my hair as well. Wasn’t exactly thrilled with the job she did, but hey, I went in for a cut and that’s what she did lol. Fortunately my hair grows fast.

The stylist was the worst ever! Did not listen. Asked the same questions over and over. Was told I part my hair on the left multiple times. She cut it to be parted on the right. Instead of tapered in front, she cut wings! Then back combed it and sprayed it with hair spray to stand out 6 inches all over!!! She was an older lady that never updated her styles. Never, never again! She didn’t wear a mask and told me to remove mine!

The MOST UGLIEST haircut I have ever had. AndWAY OVERPRICED!!! And never again will I go there. And I advise everyone else to at least check out the so-called stylist about their knowledge of cutting hair and how long had they practiced cutting hair.

Checked in online for myself and my son, and we were listed as #1 & 2 when we arrived. After waiting 20 minutes for the stylist to complete the cut before ours, our names were removed from the waiting list. I pointed this out when she called the guest after us and was told “she doesn’t control the list”. How do the names on the list move then? We were told we could rejoin the bottom of the list and wait an hour longer.

My boyfriend went here to get his haircut (this is the second time). I wanted to get a good look at his fresh cut when he got home and saw this atrocity of a line up on his neck. Now, I’m not a hair stylist by any means. However I’m pretty sure the average person could’ve done better than whatever this is. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. As I realize this is a franchise, speaking to corporate and or the owner doesn’t do much. I just hope this review let’s somebody know what they might get upon walking out of here.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis is the second issue I’m had with the same person that I believe manages this store. Older, brown hair always in a ponytail and super rude.1st time several months ago she berated me in front of others and my son several months ago. My son has extremely curly hair and she was not happy she had to take a few extra minutes to comb through it and acted like I was a horrible person and did take care of this type(mixed kid) hair. This time I went online to check in like I normally do waited 45 min (wait time was 55) drove up to the location where she made and I say made because I can see she treats her staff horribly and was directing the super nice blonde woman to state this to me . I’m sorry you must have checked in at a different location (showing them that was not the case) I’m sorry we are closing now at 6pm (store hours show last they are open till 8pm) I’m really sorry the nice blonde worker states.
