Long wait 50 mins didn’t really matter if you checked in or not as they only had 2 people cutting hair although I would suggest doing so it may help sometimes, but on the bright side she knew what she was doing while cutting and she worked in the shampoo really well. Visited the local great clips for a hair cut today to have my fiance’s hair trimmed we asked the stylist to keep the length and just fade the sides and back she took clips and basically shaved his head we are getting married soon and I am now going to have to move my wedding cause she messed his hair up I was so mad I still paid for the haircut and tipped the girl cause the fade she cut didn’t look bad it’s just not what we asked her to do she also left a bunch of long hairs that she didn’t trim and didn’t brush his hair or use a comb and repeatedly kept asking him if she can trim the top and he told her no several times I am very upset and will not be returning to this location ever again

If I had a choice I would give their service Zero Star. Rude staff, she started cutting my beard and mustache without me asking then starting yelling when I tried to explain to her. Never again. I advise all to avoid this place
