I have used Tan-A-Rama many times and the staff is always friendly. The only time I have been assigned a bed that wasn’t cleaned was when another customer just left it, and they always tell me and clean it promptly. The beds work well with strong bulbs.

I went there and was put in a dirty room, I politely asked to be switched to a different room, and she a did (with an attitude) and then I start to get u dress and look over at the start button and it’s duck taped on there kind of melted! The room was dirty the beds stunk so bad. And as I asked for my money back I said “I’m sorry I just don’t feel comfortable in the rooms” she said “yeah” the older lady with blonde shoulder link hair. She was ride the whole time and it was nasty in there. Never going back

Critical: QualityWorst tanning experience ever. I paid for a months worth of tanning. My second trip the bed fell on my neck because it was broken. I spent several hundred dollars going to dr and still have neck issues. I emailed and called asking for a refund and NEVER GOT A REAPONSE. Dont waste your money. !

Rather pricey. The room where the stand up bed was bare minimum.. no table or chair to set my belongings on. And no trash can for my empty lotion packet.

I went and the bed was dirty. When I told them they acted like it was no big thing. Thought I would try them again 20 minutes before they closed the girl was closing down. A stand up bed is 10 minutes. I do believe they have lost me as a tan..sorry
