I took my daughter to get her haircut, she has beautiful thick hair and it was mid back length. She has been begging me to let her cut it to her shoulders. The older woman that cut her hair asked me how I wanted it cut and showed her the length with my hand, as well as I told her I do not want her bangs short, and wanted them trimmed to be able to go behind her ears and be pulled back. I was so disappointed I cried along with my daughter because she cut her bangs so short they do not go behind her ears and aren’t even. She didn’t even care, I’m so disappointed that she didn’t care what I said to her about what my daughter wanted done to her hair. I’m not sure even people even read these, but I will never be back to this location as my daughter is so upset.

The person who cut my hair was so mean to me I got in the car afterward, and I just sobbed uncontrollably. made fun of me, and how my hair is thin because I suffer from 2 autoimmune diseases. Until today when I went to a better hair styler and she explained how bad that woman had chopped my hair. And couldn’t even believe what I had told her about my experience. Took my daughter for a fresh new look. Don’t remember her name but the woman did an excellent job. The only issue with the new store is not enough seating for guests. With Covid19 there really is no room for social distancing. Fine by me but others may have issues. Otherwise no problems with it. Just wish they had a bigger store.
