Told her I want off the shoulder haircut snd she gave me a Shirley temple haircut which is way too short then what I asked for. (Above the shoulder) I rather pay more and get my hair actually styled the way I want then go with basic old fashion stuff. They also don’t talk very much or ask many questions as to what the customer wants or needs. Talk to your customers!! Bad service over all

I always get my hair cut at Great Clips. Been going there since they opened. I love the convenient hours. Weekends, and even on Monday when all the other places are closed. Got my hair cut today by Jodi. She was very sweet and friendly. Did a great job. I also have had Morgan, Elizabeth, and Sabra, cut my hair. Everyone there does a great job. Thanks ladies, you have a customer for life with me.

Rarely get what you ask for. Had a stylist decide what she thought worked best rather than what I wanted. Revolving parade of different stylists every time you go. They’re okay for keeping basic kids styles trimmed. I would never let them create a new style.
