I will NEVER go here again!!!!! The girl did a pretty good job on my pedi but half-mooned my eyebrows even though I asked her to just clean them up. When I went to pay I brought out my gift certificates and immediately “Vicky” the supervisor says “we no take that”. When I asked her why not she replied “too much problem”. I was like, Ummm, I got this as a gift…they are dated on Sept 10, 2012. Well why do you sell them in the first place?! Knowing that my children had saved their money to purchase me a mani/pedi and waxing gift certificate, I felt so sick. Kaneohe is a small town, so believe me when I say I will get the word out that these people are unscrupulous and lack basic business integrity. Dept of Commerce & Consumer Affairs here I come.

I hadn’t been there since it was bought out by the new owners….years ago. Stopped by once and learned they only do gel nails. I decided to give them a try this week even though I feel their prices are a little on the high side. I told Miss Uni? that I usually go to the mall but really feel that their service has declined and that they handle my hands and nails very roughly. Well, she works fast and rough and I had to pull my hand away twice. She asked me how long I wanted my nails and I showed her, she didn’t get it, and I ended up with nails that are very short….too short. She zips through the process and never filed the sides of the nails to give them a tapered look. I left very dissatisfied and will never return.
