The stylist was so angry and rude. I asked if she can trim it into a long layered bob at or below mid neck. but she made it look like charlie brown’s crooked helmet. She “had to leave for an appointment” and rushed me out and kept my change as a tip. I was in tears when I got home and saw what she did to me. Had to get an emergency appointment at a nice salon and a short pixie to fix it. All the stylists there came to see how bad it was. Never went back to GC again.

My husband and I get our hair cut at other great clips all the time with no major problems. This was the first and last time we’ll visit the hair clips. I have thick curly hair so a slight mishap blends in. My husband has thick curly hair as well and only wanted a trim, his hair was already short, just even it out, where to start…Asking for a layerd Bob, pretty simple right, she literally butchered my hair and when I asked if she was gonna at least try to blend in my front lower front sides, she got indignant and said my hair would curl to short if cut anymore. For over 50yrs I’ve had this hair and it was way to long to curl up as suggested. My husband’s hair is not only uneven it is very choppy and way to short. I went to great clips on freedom drive and again this time paid to have it fixed this. For that thank you so much Lacey, for fixing it, however my husband has chosen to wear a hat till further notice…

I started getting my hair cut here in May. I go back every 4 weeks. A different person has cut it every time. Some are better than others, but no one has ever done a bad job. They put notes in the system so your haircut can be somewhat consistent. They always do a fantastic job on my boys haircuts. Best of all, you can’t beat the price! I use to pay $45 just for my cut. I can get 3 cuts for $45 now!

Absolutely terrible experience. Stylist “butchered” me. She never asked me how I wanted my hair cut. She just went by the print out, which was for somebody else. Never offered an apology for the bad cut. Just changed the preferences in the database. My wife had similar issues with her and will not return. I understand that she is a so called manager. She should be terminated and not allowed to work for the company. Never will go there again!!
