I normally go to Great Clips but with them closing at 5 I tried another place in Belvidere and they massacred my hair. In my husband’s words it looked like they took a machete to it, I normally have a short stacked bob. I went to Great Clips this morning to see if they could do anything to make it look good while it grew out. Holly was amazing and was able to clean my hair up and make it look so much better! Definitely recommend Holly, Danielle and Greg from Great Clips in Belvidere!

Checked in online 2 hours before closing. Waited over an hour and showed up 20 minutes before closing as the app scheduled me to do. As walking in the door an employee came out , stepped in front of me and locked the door and then ignored me as i stood at the door confused as to why i wasted my time and gas driving there. I get that it was close to closing, but it wasnt closed and i had an appointment scheduled. Pretty terrible service.

Had my daughter’s get their hair cut here. They went at the same time, one woman was really good with kids and sweet, the other woman not so much.. The nicer woman did a better job and was quicker, other than that the service was very fast and prices were fair. I’d recommend for a cheap and quick haircut for anyone of all ages

The online check in is great but sometimes even those wait times are crazy. I will check in 15 minutes before I leave work and I work 20 minutes away. I have cancelled my check in before because even that isn’t enough. Other than that you get a consistently good haircut almost every time for a very fair price
