Great Clips

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI saw a woman named Dana when I was at this location of Great Clips. Needless to say, this is the worst hair cut I have ever received, and will no longer be getting hair cuts with this company.Let me explain:I checked in ahead of time, so when I walked in I had no wait (which is standard.) I ask for a haircut and shampoo, where I am walked over directly to the shampooing station with no place to put down my stuff. I have a purse that I had to have in my lap the entire time. The woman washes my hair, obsessively talking about how beautiful my hair is and how much she loves washing my hair. I was right away uncomfortable. While doing my wash, she asks me what I’ll be getting. I reply with a chin length even cut with a shaved underneath. I have very thick hair, and I wanted to make it so that I can actually sleep due to how hot the summer gets. She tells me how she won’t do that because my hair is so pretty and how she had a friend who got that done and hated it. I said okay, because I didn’t know what else to say.We go over to her station (she does not give me one of the hair-catching bib-cape things) and while cutting my hair, she’s telling me about how great my hair is going to be and how much I am going to love it (spoiler alert: I did not), along with asking me questions about my life and then immediately interrupting me to tell me about her life. I’ve always enjoyed getting haircuts because it’s a nice place to talk and be listened to, along with having a nice conversation and getting a nice hair cut. None of those things happened.This woman did not seem professional at all. She dropped her comb twice (thank god she got a new one each time), and my hair cut is extremely chunky and uneven, not to mention, above my chin. She also blow dried my hair for about four seconds and called it a day.I cried the entire way home because of how horrible it is. I am a very busy person, so now I have to go get it redone at another place tomorrow so that I can be presentable in public on Monday.If I could rate this place zero stars, I would.Service: HaircutI saw a woman named Dana when I was at this location of Great Clips.
