I was this morning. asked only to trim hair. when the woman finished, didn’t even dry my hair when I left it. but at home I saw the result. girls are awful. well just cut your hair to different levels. my 5 year old daughter will cut me so hard. Went here for the first time and already never going to come again. Will totally ignore your instructions and just choose to cut however they ‘feel like’. Also generally rude people. Their copy/pasted responses on these reviews are highly reflective on how they view their customers. They should be embarrassed to be a business

It was an late middle age(old) and big lady who served me. It was bad service and result. She was so indifferent with you. I came in with long hair and told her very clear that I want to cut short hair with layers. She just chopped my hair with no patient. It’s like that’s the best she could do. With her face so indifferent I had no mood to bicker. Leave the store with this mushroom head. Would give negative if I could! It’s a waste of money.

this place rejected me for being male and asking for a chin length bob, the stylist felt they needed to tell me it wasnt for my gender.. really uncomfortable, discriminatory staff experience, would urge LGBT+ people to go to a functional business instead of here (i got it done at rocco & rocco’s downtown, no issues) Haircut

Went in with my 6 year old son to get his haircut. My son has sensory issues and it is very difficult to cut his hair, so I usually give the stylist some slack when they get frustrated because he moves around a lot, but during this instance the stylist gave us nothing but attitude from the beginning. I grabbed my son and walked out with half his hair cut. If you have a child with sensory issues, avoid this place.

I’ve been going to Laura for a year and she’s been great. I have a very simple haircut yet other places mess it up. Laura got it right from the start. Janeth is the manager and she’s wonderful. She manages the place nicely. Her whole staff is good at cutting hair. & If you’re not completely satisfied, they’ll fix it for you. I highly recommend this place!
