I am BEYOND impressed with this salon. I have been to soo many different places and always leave unhappy with my nails because they claim they can do something that they can’t. Tracey at Luxury Nails is AMAZING!! I showed her 2 picture I found on Google and asked her to combine them and she understood the assignment!!!! They look amazing! I am so happy! Before she applied the acrylic she even asked how I like my acrylic applied and how thick I wanted it! It was also storming this day and the power went out BUT everyone in the salon still continued to work on nails, offer drinks and do an amazing job! 10/10 recommended ✨ I will be back in 2 weeks ☺️

So, I have never had my nails done with gel before and I really wanted to try it out for my birthday, because it looks fun and cute. I decided to come here because my friend recommended it and all of the review pictures look great! But I don’t know what happened. I asked for short black stiletto nails, and I was really disappointed with the end result. Because every single finger nail looks completely different from the next, some are longer and shorter and all of them have a completely different point on them. The nail tech also added glitter to the black, which I never asked for. I don’t mind it, but I really just wanted classic black. Also somehow, some of my nails don’t have enough color on them and you can see through them. It’s hard to tell in the pictures but the painting job is not good. And I’m pretty sure my pinky nail is not supposed to be pointing upwards. The lady I got was younger and had glasses that kept falling off, but I never got her name. I’m sorry to say this but, I wish I had someone else that knew what they were doing so I could appreciate my first ever nail experience, and so I could have left a satisfying review! I really feel bad giving this place less than a 5 star review because everyone else’s nails looked beautiful and the customer service was great! But I was just expecting to come out of there in love with my first set of nails and I’m not.

I moved down here 4 mths ago and since then I have been to numerous places. I found this “hole in the wall place” and it’s is nothing shy from amazing! I love the employees! Very talented and well-rounded staff! Tracey is my favorite! I am picky about my nails and who touches them. Pictures of my real nails, two separate occasions. Both sets done by Tracey!

Nails were ripped off with another nail . I asked for a soak off . My nail beds and cuticles were throbbing . Nails are still very thin and it has been almost two weeks . I had to pay the full price of $15 even though I did not get what I asked for . THERE IS NOTHING “Luxury” about this nail salon . Ps: I am a licensed cosmetologist

Absolutely horrible establishment!! Noone is EVER there at 10:00 always have to wait til 10:30 or so to get ANY SERVICES. Stacie does nothing but yell at her brothe, the whole time i’m ever there. Stephen charged me $40 for a simple fill, when its 55 to do the whole nail!! That’s insanity!! Not to mention they didn’t even trim my nail dowm which supposedly is supposed to cost more, well it didn’t even matter, so i should’ve trimmed them cause he charged me for it!!! The price was 30 last time and now all the sudden, i’m charged 10 more just for a fill!!?? That’s absolutely ridiculous!! Hands down the WORSE nail salon EVER!! If you don’t want poor customer service, loud yelling, constant inconsistencies with there prices changing, and just a filthy dirty salon; then don’t go there. You’ll be extremely disappointed. By far the worse!! I’ll NEVER EVER go back there. Be smart and don’t go there either.

Tracy is the best in Jacksonville! She did the best job I have ever had in this city. She did the best ombre full set on me and I will definitely go no where else for now on. Shes the best and her staff is amazing too. I hardly leave reviews. But I had to for her!! She knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it. Oh, and shes fast too!
