Used the app on my phone to schedule an appointment. Went to this location when my appointment was ready and the lady just glared at me the entire time. She was asking me how far away from the store I lived, obviously implying she was waiting on me. She Was so passive aggressive I will never be returning to this location. I figured she was having a bad so I tipped real real nice and I didn’t get a word out of her, she just stared at me. I do not recommend scheduling or visiting this location at all. Decent cut though.

I never write reviews. My son is 6 years old and has had his hair cut MULTIPLE times with no issue! Tonight his dad and him went on a “daddy date” for a hair cut. The lady was a complete witch and pinched his ear because he didn’t hold still!!!! He has NEVER had an issue before! My son came home crying and I am FURIOUS! We will NEVER go back to the cliff location in Sioux Falls again! On top of it all she did a horrible job!
