Sue S. is amazing. She’s been cutting my hair since 2005. I’m one of her many loyal clients and sometimes it’s annoying when I go in there to wait for Sue and several other people are already waiting for her, but it’s well worth the wait. I’m sure the other stylists are awesome as well but Sue just does an amazing job. Hopefully Greatclips holds onto her because she could open her own business in about 30 seconds and have a huge following go with her.

More like Short Clips! If you’re a guy, then they will keep cutting your hair shorter, shorter than you wanted it, in order to make it look “stylish.” They believe that the only good haircut for guys is short and will take off way more than what you want them to. Online check-in is the way to go. No waiting once I arrived, they new my cut from shared store data. In and out quickly. Only downside to their model is stylists also have to check people in and answer the phone during your cut.

I have been going to this location for longer than twenty years. What will blow your mind is that much of the staff has been there that entire time! For whatever reason, this location has stood the test of time through the perils of the decades and the staff continues to be great. My kids come here with me and I’m almost always impressed by the friendly demeanor and quality service.

Will not be going back, EVER. The first time I went in, I had a Vietnamese lady cut my hair that was from my waist to my shoulders. She did exactly what I wanted and I loved my cut. My hair grew out to my collar bones, and I decided I wanted to go a bit shorter, to the middle of my neck. I went in and received service from a white lady. I showed her the picture of the hair I wanted. The picture had two different hairstyles and she asked if I wanted it botched (or however it’s spelled) or not. I decided to get it botched, thinking that it would turn out like the picture.
