Critical: QualityIf you are blind this is the perfect place to get a haircut. The shorter gal did a amazing job my first visit in. If you are blind this is the perfect place to get a haircut. The shorter gal did a amazing job my first visit in. The second time the oldest gal did not listen to any direction of mine on my preference of cut.she didn’t even blow dry the loose hair off when finished and I had all sorts of cut hair go down my shirt.I had to go home and try to fix her mistakes with my own clippers I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueMy husband got his hair cut by some red head manager. I literally walked up to look at his hair and asked that it needed to go a little shorter because it was crooked at the back. She was so quick to defend herself and yelled at me to go back and sit by the door, because I couldnt be around them to make a comment about the way my husbands hair looked like from how she had cut it. If you cant take criticism why even work here? Accept your mistake and learn from it. We are regular customers. My husband sometimes dont speak out to the hair dresser about what he doesnt like about his hair cut. He just deals with a weird hair cut because he feels bad for asking too much questions. Often times I will look at his hair and ask the hair dresser if there are some sort of things that could be changed. This experience today, isnt great like all the other experiences we had. My husband got his hair cut by some red head manager. I literally walked up to look at his hair and asked that it needed to go a little shorter because it was crooked at the back. Critical: Professionalism, QualityHaircut was awful. They were to cut two inches they took 4 and dry cut my hair which left it looking fried. Had to go to another salon and have them fix it.There are supposed to be limits on capacity yet lobby is full and there are children (Not employees) sweeping the floor by the style chairs.
