Critical: Quality, Valuewas rushing the entire time she did my 2 nail repairs.. the acrylic is so thick she didn’t bother to shape them very well.. was going between doing my nails and someone’s toes. painted them then went back with a drimal and scratched up my newly painted nails.. then charged me $25 for 2 repairs?

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter just called me crying because she was sad that she had just paid $40 of her hard earned money to get a full set and when she walked out of Kokomo Nails, she was bleeding from one of her nail beds and she also did not like the length or quality of the nails. This upset me and I asked her why she was bleeding and she said she wasn’t sure but she said at one time she pulled her hand back and the nail technician shouted at her to “give her her hand back”. I ended up giving her the money back that she spent because I felt so bad for her but she is still upset over the nails she has on her hands and she now has to go to work. Vivian, you made my daughter bleed and I’m not happy about it. My daughter just called me crying because she was sad that she had just paid $40 of her hard earned money to get a full set and when she walked out of Kokomo Nails, she was bleeding from one of her nail beds and she also did not like the length or quality of the nails.
