I walked in to Great Clips in Sunnybrook with what felt like an impossible situation. I had hair down to my rear – always have- but it’s been falling out since my heart failure. I needed shorter hair but had no idea what to do with it. I explained my situation to Lane and put myself completely in her hands. Post cut, once the hair dried, I was left with a body my hair had never had and a cute look I never would have guessed could be achieved. Thanks Lane. I’ll be back for a touch up when it’s time – knocked it out of the park!

I went to great clips 2 weeks ago and I was greeted immediately when we walked in the door, Stef is the hair stylist that did both mine and my 4 yr olds hair and she was very understanding and did an absolute amazing job! Very calm and patient with ny 4 yr old and we love our hair cuts! Way to go stef!!!!!

I made my appointment online. They gave minute by minute when to get there. I got in the minute I got there. Very nice clean salon. My hair was cut in about ten minutes.

This is ridiculous! They shut thier on line check in when they go to lunch….why! A hair salon of this size should not be closed for lunch! So wait, sign says back at three, mind you I tried to check in on line but couldn’t because it said they are off line at the moment. So I think as soon as they open the door at three I will get right in! Nope it will be a 15-20min wait! Not good business!
