She was welcoming to me and my wife and very understanding of my anxiety and made sure I was comfortable and happy– we will only be coming to this location from here on out.

I came into this location, as the other location on Ashworth was super busy on 6/21. I was checked in by a “chloe”, she is tall with dark brunette hair. I showed her a picture of a longer bang in front of princess Diana. What I got was a way too short pixy cut. I told her that I want to be able to tuck my hair behind my ears, its so short, I cant do that, the top of my hair looks like a carrot, and she completely butchered my bangs which took me several months to grow. She didn’t ask me in the process if it was ok to cut that short, nothing, just chopped away.

I would say that this place far exceeded any expectations of a hair cut, when compared to other great clips locations around the Des Moines area. I even went to Sports clips one time and it didn’t measure up to this experience!! Donna really impressed me, especially as picky as I am with my hair cut measurements!!
