Both ladies where extremely kind and very helpful. We was a walk in no appointment necessary. We waited 5 minutes to be called for our haircuts. My daughter and boyfriend needed one extremely bad. I myself will be going here also. I’m new in Coopersville and happy I found such a nice place to get a haircut.

I walked in and thought it was going to be the typical girl that cuts my hair. it wasn’t. i asked for my sides to be trimmed up and she ended up cutting the sides way to high on my head. i asked to a fade in the back and didn’t get that. i asked for 1 inch off the top and she ended up cutting off 3 inches. it is a very poorly done haircut and i am not overly impressed with it. i also think she was super inexperienced with cutting hair.

I really like my haircut and since they save records of the length and exactly how you got it cut on your last visit, it’s the same every time. It also takes less than 10 minutes and it’s better than me spending 25 minutes at a salon and spending 3x as much. Highly recommend this place. Haircut

The ladies were very nice and there was no wait time. However I am not satisfied with the cut I received. Still have split ends and didnt get as much taken off as I’d like. I didn’t notice the split ends until I got home or I would have brought it to her attention. I was finished before the gentleman who was there when I walked in and I feel like it should have taken more than 5 mins to cut 3 inches off and get layers added.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy husband went in for “slight trim”, told her that twice and she suddenly took out the shaver and said, “close and tight” as she proceeded to shave a strip up the back of his head! How that is a slight trim with feathering is beyond me! He could not believe it….NOT much you can do once she shaved a strip up the back of your head! So now, he’s nearly bald!! OMG….we have family functions coming up and he looks that he’s been drafted! Are you kidding me. What a moron!
