First time customer at any Great Clips. Hair cut was pretty good, but couldn’t get the cut down lower. The people were polite. I was a walk-in; no appointment, but was able to get in to a chair quickly still. Though it costs more than the barber shop I normally use, I appreciate the military discount. I guess to their defense, a hair salon is not the same as a barber shop, so it is possible that I walked in with unfair expectations.

Went and got my haircut and the lady who cut it also cut up my neck so bad with clipper then expected me to pay. Then I called up their to talk to a manager so I wouldn’t make a scene to complain.
