I took my son in for a haircut and miss Bonnie was absolutely fantastic with him. She made sure that he was comfortable during his entire cut. She was able to use razors and scissors on him in a quick manner and gave us the satisfaction that we were valued customers. The rest of the staff there including the gentleman and other stylist were great with friendly banter and socially distancing themselves.

They had their labor day hours online as closed at 3 pm. We pulled up exactly at two. A women ran inside as we were getting out of the car and then all of a sudden two women came out and locked the doors behind them. They could have easily seen us but chose not to. Terrible business practice to turn down customers standing right in front of you. Especially a child, the day before school starts! Clearly they have absolutely no care or regard for their customers. The Ky reason we were going there was because they were the only place open on labor day. Wo never be returning.

I went in for a bang trim ended up with a full hair cut. They advertise a perfect cut every time because they note on your profile what you like. Apparently the stylist that I had does not read. My bangs grow the fastest do I prefer they be above my entries. She left them an 1 1/2 inches below. I even mentioned it up her. When I left the bangs were so uneven that she still left strands done to my nose bridge. I contacted corporate who forwarded my email to the store I went to and have heard nothing after four days. They say their policy is 24 hours for the store to contact you. I informed them it’s been longer than 24 hours and not a word.

Got a haircut today. I asked for lots and lots of layers and 2 inches off my length. She wet my hair cut it…didn’t dry it, style it, flat iron it or anything!!! Got home..straightened my hair and I discovered I DID NOT HAVE ONE LAYER in my hair. NOT EVEN ONE! Main reason I went there! Second time this has happened here! When I went in for a refund girl wouldn’t even look in my direction…no apologies or anything!!!!

Horrible experience. I took my 9 year old daughter to get a shoulder length hair cut and left with a bob!!! When I first expressed my concerns, the lady told me, “I do this every day, it’s because her head is down.” I kept telling her it was too short and that’s not what my daughter asked for. Then I argued with her and explained if it was shoulder length her hair would be touching her shoulders. As much hair as she cut off my daughter could have donated it! I’m furious and disgusted that I even paid for it!
