Critical: QualityToday was my first and last visit to 9914 Illinois rd Ft Wayne location. Worst haircut i’ve ever had in my life hands down. Found that out when i took a closer look at home. Hair was different lengths all over. Some places off by over 1 1/2 inches. Bangs completey fried. Will have to wear a hat for two to three weeks until i can get a trim elsewhere. Still tipped good. Today was my first and last visit to 9914 Illinois rd Ft Wayne location. Worst haircut i’ve ever had in my life hands down. Found that out when i took a closer look at home. Hair was different lengths all over. Some places off by over 1 1/2 inches. Bangs completey fried. Will have to wear a hat for two to three weeks until i can get a trim elsewhere. Still tipped good. Positive: PunctualityPlease Read!!!!!! I have been to this same place many times and the workers did really well, but this time I went I must have just had a bad worker. The lady I had was very aggressive with the hair clippers and was pushing down as hard as she could. Finally at the end of my I had to ask her to redo my hair many times thank god it was long enough and yet she still messed up and my mom had to fix it when I got home. So please if any workers see this I don’t now the name of the person find out who it was and fire her. The employees there have always been so nice it was just one bad experience that ruined it for me. Please Read!!!!!! I have been to this same place many times and the workers did really well, but this time I went I must have just had a bad worker. The lady I had was very aggressive with the hair clippers and was pushing down as hard as she could. Finally at the end of my I had to ask her to redo my hair many times thank god it was long enough and yet she still messed up and my mom had to fix it when I got home. The man that did my Mothers hair butchered her hair, was extremely rude and disrespectful when we first came in even though I checked in online with a plus one so they new we were coming it was on the screen and he removed us from the list, he seemed extremely high on drugs slurring his words and nodding out , she asked for 2 inches off of her hair and for it to be thinner and he took off 5 choppy uneven inches and didn’t thin her hair at all. The manager was sitting right beside them even asking if she felt scalped it was a horrible experience she even had to ask him to stop cutting her hair and we paid and left and called the manager and all she said was that they can cut more off absolutely horrible experienceI wish I could give zero stars.
