I only go to this great clips and usually have a great experience and a great hair cut. I went in on Monday for a haircut and the lady cutting my hair told me, “Your hair is so damaged, you might as well shave your whole head.” I was really shocked by this comment due to the fact that 1. She was cutting my hair & 2. I come in every few weeks to get my dead ends clipped off. Next time I come in I will be sure to not let this lady cut my hair again.
