Critical: QualityAnother poor hair cut at Great Clips. I only went here yesterday because my barber shop was booked and I desperately needed a hair cut. I asked for a simple crew cut. The front looks ok but the back looks. Like the serpentine wall different lengths and does not at all match the sides. The lady was nice but in a hurry! What’s funny is my Barber shop is the same price for 8x the haircut. This isn’t the first time Great clips has given me an awful haircut. Many raise the price a few dollars if needed and work on quality of the cut instead of quantity? I now have to go pay for another cut to get the screw up fixed.Another poor hair cut at Great Clips. The lady who cut my hair was super nice and friendly. But I didn’t like her work at all. It seems that she wanted to get it done as soon as possible ( she cut my hair in less than 10 minutes). And even though I showed her a picture of how my hair looks when some good professional cut it and told her that I wanted a hair cut exactly like that, she didn’t do the way I asked.

Had an awesome hair cut from a wonderful woman named Penny. I believe she said she’s been there for 13 years.. I will definitely go back, especially since I have a $7 haircut coupon. BTW Great clips, amazing how I get coupons within a week after a haircut every single time that expire in 3 weeks. I’m an every 8 weeks kinda guy .

The person who greeted us was so rude that I turned around and left. She seemed put out that we hadn’t checked in online, even though they were not busy. It was my daughters first time in a salon and I was not going to allow this to be her experience. We ended up going to a Great Clips at another location where we had a wonderful experience!
