Be cautious about who do deal with here; One stylist has some prejudice against people of color. I have been going there for the last couple of years. Today, We checked in online as we always do. It was my turn to get the hair cut, and the lady with blond hair came to the counter. I asked if she was ready to take us in. She said “NO” with some attitude. I thought she was in some mischievous mode. After less than a min, she asked 3rd customer from the list.

Terrible experience. The stylist (Bobbie Jo) was rude. I wanted to cry because the haircut she gave me was awful. I called the customer service department and they told me to use the receipt at another store but when I went back in, the stylist refused to give me the receipt and she said if I wanted my hair redone then I would be charged full price for another haircut. Do not use Bobbie Jo as a stylist. She is rude, inexperienced and should not be a hair stylist.

Extremely rude! I’ve never had a hair cut where they just turn your chair around and say “you’re all done” without letting you look at the cut. And when I did point out something I wanted fixed I just got an attitude in return. I asked for bangs to be at the bridge of my nose, and they not only go all the way down to my mouth, but are all different lengths. I will never be back!

Worst experience! Went for my one year old haircut. Refused to let him be in my lap as she said I don’t do that it give me a back ache then when I request hey wait hair are going in his eyes she had the worst tone how do expect me to cut his hair when you are so worried about hair going in his eyes!!!

I went to get my haircut there. One of the ladies there whose name I do not know, is blonde, short, and stuby. She had an attitude the moment I walked in to the moment I got out. If I were to see her there next time, I will just walk out and cut my hair else where.
