My brother came here today. Worst haircut I’ve ever seen him get. Before he left, he described what he wanted to me, and I told him to ask the barber for a “burst fade” because my brother didn’t know how to describe what he wanted. He came home an hour later and there were two bald spots on the sides of his head. No fade at all. He said he asked the barber for a burst fade and the barber said “what’s that?” so he described it to him. The barber responds “so a #2 on the sides?” and proceeds to use ONE BLADE to trim the sides of his head. No fade. No trimming anywhere else. I ended up fixing his hair myself when he came home ( I learned how to cut my own hair during the pandemic quarantine days). Idk what kind of people you have working here, but they’re obviously untrained and lazy. Don’t waste your money or time!

Ze is amazing with the clippers in his hands. Best fade around by far. Ive been getting a haircut every 2 weeks for the last 12 years. I had some great barbers come and go and Ze is just as good. He ensures quality every time. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re in the area, and/or looking for that next barber to live up to your expectations!!

I have thin blonde hair and have frequented hair salon’s in Strongsville, Berea, Middleburgh Hts… The BEST, CONSISTENT hair cut has been from LIZ at Great Clips. The employees are answering phones, booking appointments, cleaning their own workstation while exceeding “Customer Service” satisfaction. The price of my haircut (since last visit …well over six months ago) went up $2.00. ???? For the work these ladies do, two dollars should be added to their pay.. I will only go to wherever Liz continues to cut hair~ making people feel good about what they look like while enjoying conversation with a competent person who actually cares about the customer and service. She took her time with my son and when he was scared of something she showed him there was nothing to be scared of. She took her time with my son and when he was scared of something she showed him there was nothing to be scared of.
