Went in to get my split ends cut off. Attendant spent a total of 10 minutes on my hair! She asked me if I wanted to let it air dry. I said yes..big mistake. Once it was dry…I noticed my haircut was uneven and many split ends were still left! Regret giving her a tip now. I expected better from Great Clips. Total waste of my time and $$!

Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the person who cut my toddler grandson’s hair today. She was NOT friendly, she was NOT patient with him and she was extremely aggressive with the way she was cutting his hair and. Then had the nerve to ask me why he was upset. If I had it to do over I would have pulled him out of the chair and walked out. We try to use our local businesses but I will NEVER go back there and I will NEVER recommend that salon.
