They were wonderful and patient. Hand message was great. Almost put me to sleep especially after an exhausting day. They did a beautiful job on both nails and toe nails. I would highly recommend them. Very personable and concerned with what their clients want and need . Lovely.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNever again!!! I’m a very fair person I’ve visited this establishment several times and always tipped because they are good usually but……They tell you to take a number which they don’t even use, I waited over an hour by the time they said I was up I had already grabbed my keys and said I need to pick up my child I had already noticed the hour that I sat and waited that 3 people had been getting pedicures for an hour or more. I asked how long did she think it was gonna be she said it depends on your feet. I then asked can I just get my pedicure when I get back since I already waited for an hour I was told yes. I came back in 45 min the lady who was behind me was still getting her feet done and they did not honor their promise and had me wait an additional hour. After waiting finally getting in the chair I was asked what was my method of payment I said debit they told me I had to pay then. They hadn’t even started on my feet they just had me sitting in cold water when they asked me to pay. Today was definitely my last day ever walking in that establishment. I really enjoyed coming to this location today I was recommended to this location by Google when I went in they were busy I wasn’t immediately seen but I did get to watch a football game and I did get to laugh with some of the staff and customers that was inside the staff is very personable and polite the salon and spa is very clean not cluttered the location is ideal there is plenty of parking this location is well worth the experience if you’re ever in the Hampton area yes I would recommend this location to anyone who would like to go get a pedicure and manicure or get their nails done they do eyebrow and lash service
