Critical: QualityI visited this location with my son for a haircut on 07/09/20. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and didn’t recognize a single stylist. I will say that the stylist that cut my sons hair did a fantastic job and that is the only reason for the two star review. The haircut I received, on the other hand, was one of the worst I’ve ever received. I had to fix it with my own wahl clippers when I got home. I can’t recall my stylists name, but she was a short white female, early/mid 50’s with a short blondish haircut. She wore a plastic face mask with eyebrows drawn on it. I have very easy hair to cut… a number one on the sides and a little off the top. Pretty basic. As she was cutting my hair, I could visibly see her hand shaking and I knew I was in trouble. The fades on both sides were uneven and the top of the fades were not blended well at all. Like I said, I had to fix it myself when I got home. Great staff. Great training. Great looks. Clean, nice environment and unlike most major box salons and your super high end salons, you are not made to feel forced to buy that add on product. No I taken at that and not pushed, makes a huge difference in the environment. Not that they do not recommend items, just they don’t shove it down your throat until you buy it.

we went to this location (my family and I) to get my daughter and son a hair cut. I had already done an online check-in, but he asked my daughter for her name at least 3 times or more. I asked him a question, which was, “how long will this take?” Because i had to be some where else in a bit. He rudely replied, “I’m trying my best, just wait.” After 5 more minutes of waiting I said that we already had checked in and there were two other employees doing nothing behind him that could’ve done the haircut by then. I said we could go some where else and he said, “alright then, get out.” We walked out the door and I had said that he should work on his customer service a bit, and he started yelling and cursing at me and my children, now of course I could’ve retaliated with a lot, but I didn’t want to provoke him. He continued cursing and threatening my family and I, there was a lot that happened before this, racist comments, etc. My three y/o was shaking, and on the verge of crying, too. We had been to other Great Clips before, and we had never had such an awful experience. I hope that Great Clips acknowledges this problem, and will do something about it, employees name chris sanders. I’ve also posted full video on you tube that what happened
