Ali used to cut my fiancé’s hair… It was constantly uneven and looked like she was rushing through. She’d do the same to his son’s hair. She also decided to text his ex-wife that he was bringing his son by to have his hair cut fixed (not by her). We have discontinued use of the salon entirely because of her unprofessional conduct and desire to cause drama. Maybe she should go back to high school where that nonsense belongs.

They charged me for an adult haircut once my son told them he is 11. Idk if they thought he was LYING or what but he is 11!!! Yes he’s 5 ft 3in and 130lbs. But he’s only 11!! They were so rude to me when I mentioned that the wait time on the app was going up instead of down. They claimed it was “user error”. No ma’am. I’m been using this app for over 3 years. I know how it works. If you don’t like your job, quit. Worst experience we’ve ever had and I was too scared to complain about the bowl cut they gave my son so I ended up taking him somewhere else to get it fixed. I’ve NEVER had this experience here until yesterday but it forever ruined my relationship with the staff.

Critical: QualityMy hair is very long, and I had it shaved on one side a very long time ago. I haven’t had it cut in a very long time, too, until yesterday. I wanted a trim and layers. Was referred to great clips by my sister who said Marah was amazing and won’t disappoint. I highly agree she did an amazing job with my hair she listened to what I wanted and fixed what a previous hair stylist had did. I highly recommend Marah if you visit this salon. Was referred to great clips by my sister who said Marah was amazing and won’t disappoint.
