The stylist I had did not seem to have ever seen a man with shoulder length long hair. Rather than the trim I asked for or let another stylist take over she repeatedly asked if I would prefer a 4 on the sides from their notes the last time I came here years ago. She cut less than a centimeter off my hair and wouldn’t do any layering or anything. I also checked in my uncle and they repeatedly rescheduled his appointment despite my insistence and proof that I had checked us both in because apparently you can’t check in two people with the same phone number. Between my haircut, which I only waited 20 minutes for, and his we were there for nearly an hour and 45 minutes before another customer kindly let my uncle go in front of her or we would have been there longer.

I’ve been a loyal customer to great clips for years. I take my 3 boys with me & every1 was cool & did a awesome job. Now when u walk in it seems they DNT want u there. They tell every1 @least a hour wait. & The last 3 stylist I had could use some extra training. The last 3 haircuts, I had to have fixed by some1 else… Also I had to fix my son’s hair too.. idk what has happened to this establishment but I never thought it would be so bad I would leave a review. I DNT leave reviews. But I feel like I’ve lost alot of money from my past few trips….

The hairdresser was rude, opinionated and unprofessional. My hair was not trimmed as requested. I should have insisted it be cut properly before leaving but she was so argumentative I didn’t have the patience for it. Haircut

I understand the location was understaffed with only two people there working, but it does not excuse the fact that the lady cutting my curly hair treated it as you would straight hair. She fully soaked it in water until it was dripping and instead of blending my top and sides like she said she was doing (to quote her when I asked about it: “It’s fine that’s what I’m about to do.”) she just kept chopping higher. I had to ask her to blow dry my hair since she tried to send me out with still soaking wet hair, no offer of product and I had to finger style it in my car from the messy still-wet pile she left. I’ve used this Great Clips location for years but treatment like this has pushed me to search for a proper barber.

Appointments are made online via their app. They send text messages to alert you and remind you of your appts. The stylists are friendly and efficient. My wife and I were both impressed. I got a gentleman’s cut and she got a trim of dead ends.

My haircut was constantly interrupted as the stylist check people in several people and helped multiple people buy shampoo etc. my stylist spent maybe 3 minutes on my haircut. I normally go to a nearby location and have a good experience but I don’t plan on returning to the Village Green location.

Tried to go here and get my hair cut. The lady at the front counter said it would be 27 minutes. I told her that was fine and was going to check on something next door. She said well of you aren’t going to wait, you have to check in online. I said I wouldn’t be more than 10 minutes. She wouldn’t budge, trying to force me to stay there and wait or use their online check in process. I left , and will NOT EVER be back to any Great Clips again. This is not the first time I have been treated rudely here, but WILL be the last!
