Took my 3 kids for cuts. The cuts are OK, not great but certainly not the worst we’ve ever had at a Great Clips. There were 2 stylist working, one was friendly and personable the other was not friendly or personable at all. She never smiled or even greeted us and only mumbled when I said hello to her. She did not speak the entire time my child was in the chair. If we do ever go back to this location I will not use that stylist.

Mary did an amazing job! She went above and beyond. As I was getting out of my car, she was walking out and as soon as she realized I was coming in for a hair cut she immediately took a u-turn to welcome me into the store and get me taken care of. She was easy to talk to and when I was indecisive on what I wanted she took the lead for me. I appreciate good customer service and she did a great job at making me feel special. I will be back!

Critical: QualityThey didn’t print my notes for my haircut. I got some other persons notes. Long story short I only wanted a little off the top and the sides and I got a full on buzz cut. It’s going to take months for my hair to grow back to normal. I’m never going to great clips again. How can you mess that up?
