Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe past several months customer services has been awful! They are rude and act like they don’t want any business. Maybe they are short staffed? Either way there’s no justification to treat customers poorly and with attitude. Maybe do a job fair and get some extra help or happier more professional employees. The past several months customer services has been awful! They are rude and act like they don’t want any business. Maybe they are short staffed? Either way there’s no justification to treat customers poorly and with attitude. Maybe do a job fair and get some extra help or happier more professional employees. This used to be a decent location that my family loved coming to.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent in to see if I could get a haircut, it was roughly an hour before closing on Wed 2/10/21, I asked the young lady at the counter if they had time for one more as there were 3 customers waiting and she gave me a long frustrated sigh and replied with “I guess so, uhhhggg…”, I understand it was nearing the end of the shift, but a simple “I’m sorry, we are full.” Would have been a much more professional response. I figured since she was so inconvenienced by a client, I would just go elsewhere. Ive always had good experiences in the past, but that one was incredibly rude. I own a business that works with the public and I would be truly embarrassed to have an employee respond to a paying customer that way. I could have stayed and waited out the line, but at that level of frustration from the employee caused by my simple question, I decided what little hair I have left would be haphazardly cut. She had absolutely no customer service what so ever. I know people have bad days but I have never seen anyone here act the way she did to my 7 year old little boy and my husband. Her name is Stephanie, she was also slamming the register closed because I did not tip her for being rude. So she proceeded to slam everything down while cleaning her station and went to another coworker to talk about me I assume. I worked retail for years I know what it’s like on a daily basis but to be rude to everyone who comes in the door isn’t the way to go about it. We will not be going back here. We have been here many times and every time has been good but today we came in to get our two boys hair cuts. The First Lady on the right is very very rude. She had absolutely no customer service what so ever. I know people have bad days but I have never seen anyone here act the way she did to my 7 year old little boy and my husband.
