I made a spur of the moment decision to get my hair cut last week, and headed to this Great Clips location because of the great reviews. I will proudly add another five star review. Service was quick, staff was friendly and I walked right in! Mackenzie Austin was fabulous and did a great job on my cut, all while being very friendly and communicative. She put me right at ease and was very receptive to any concerns I had. I would return to her for my next cut. Highly recommend!

Just got a trim here, nothing wrong with the haircut, but got charged way too much for the service provided. Asked for a trim and simple style, cut was $16 and was told I couldn’t get my hair curled because the store was about to close. She blow dried my hair and put a little bit of product in it, no real styling. Definitely cost me more than what I could’ve gotten in another salon. Definitely ask if blow drying costs an extra amount because I got charged $30 for styling that wasn’t done, well unless you consider blow drying as styling. Paid $46 for a really quick cut and “styling” with a blow dryer.

Normally a great place to go and I’ve been going for years but I had an absolutely horrible experience today. I have a mohawk and the lady just completely shaved off the back and said “it’s just hair it’ll grow back” as I cried in her seat. She then lied about offering me a refund when my mother called to complain. Haircut
