Well, showed up at 12:45 when our appointment was and no one was there. They showed up at 1pm went inside, the older lady told my wife to sit down. Never introduced herself, I told her my wife had an appointment and she said, yes with me. How she knew that I still don’t know because she still doesn’t know my wife’s name. My wife showed her a picture of what she’d like, layered hair. The lady pointed out that my wife’s hair wasn’t as long as the pic and then said she’d have to cut some length off. Wife wasn’t comfortable with that, she just wanted layers. Finally the older woman said, she didn’t want to do it because she feels my wife wouldn’t be happy. Told us to go elsewhere. Very unprofessional, unfriendly and would not recommend them. If you can’t cut updated hairstyles, just say so.

And may husband told here that I have an appointment and she’s already giving attitude walking towards my husband tilling may husband it’s here.
