Great Clips has convenient locations. I like the online appointment scheduling, which gives you the approx. wait times. Most of the staff is knowledgeable in performing various services to each individuals needs. The staff is friendly. Pricing is competitive with other haircutting places. The only negative is that when you like a particular hairstylist that you want to be your regular, their scheduling for them to work and their hours is all over the place. No set hours and days. They are constantly being shifted around. This makes it very hard to get that same person to cut your hair again. Fast food haircutting!

I just left Great Clips in Trinity Florida. I had Heather as my stylist. I came to Florida to help my dad out after he got out of the hospital and didn’t have time to get my haircut before I left. I was worried going to a new place because I’m so used to my stylist back home. Well all I can say is she did a great job. My hair looks so good. So Thank you Heather !!!!!

I usually go to Big League Haircuts but today they were super swamped with appointments next time I go there I need to make an appointment if they have a lot of regulars. As far as friendliness, I would give it five stars. From start to finish everyone made you feel wonderful about coming there. The cut was not so good. It was uneven and I had to have a family member pull out clippers to even me up. My beard was trimmed but my mustache again was uneven. To be fair, I was talking the entire time and the person helping me might be new, but still it was disappointing. I will go back once more because this might have been a one off and see if the experience is different. While I can’t yet recommend, I would not dissuade either

Been here several times before and it’s always super busy. I joined the online waitlist in the parking lot and it gave me an estimated 5 minute wait time. Walk inside to see an18 minute wait time. Was never acknowledged by anyone working upon arrival, while waiting, several more people were added to the waitlist. The 4 ladies working called three different people that had been added to the waitlist after me. Still no one asking me anything.. but yet I sit there.. waiting. Finally one gentleman was called and he said I think this lady is next. Only then did someone acknowledge me .. they said they had assumed I was in there waiting on someone. Why assume ? Why not ask? Needless to say I won’t be back. Ridiculous.

Cutting hair to a toddler is not easy but at least if you messed up, FIX IT!!! Came home to notice my son’s hair has all shades possible on the back left side of his head! Our first time there will be our last time! I wanted to try the place since it’s nearby but at this point I rather drive miles to a different kids hairstylist! Haircut
