I went to another salon and the stylist there totally messed up my hair, cutting it much shorter than I asked for, the two sides were uneven and the back was a mess I left there and drove in tears to Great Clips. When I walked into Great Clips I asked if they had someone who could fix my hair and the reply was yes. Lauren looked at the picture of the style I was trying to get before the other stylist mangled my hair. Of course there was no way to get to that longer style short cut with the mess she was presented but she started cutting and snipping, and did some magic to give me a cute cut. Next time I’ll skip the “splurge a little to get your hair cut” place and go to see Lauren.

Great Clips may be a chain, but the people are locals. I get a very simple hair cut and they do a good job each time. I am very busy and cannot usually schedule time to get my hair cut… They have my preferences saved, so that I can get the same experience, regardless of which branch I visit. As a result, I rarely get my hair cut anywhere else.

Critical: Quality, ValueWhy is it so difficult to LISTEN to your customers?!? Every time I’ve been here, the visit has gotten worse each time. I went in to get my ear and neck areas cleaned up, and that was too complicated apparently. I used to just have my head shaved with a 1/2 all over, and that was always messed up (they left lines of hair different lengths constantly). This time, I asked for my ear and neck areas cleaned up and she kept trying to cut the top of my hair that I kept telling her not to touch because I’m growing it out!
