I got in very quickly (I think just the luck of the draw mostly) but they do have an online check-in process that will let you know how long the wait is and notify you 15 minutes out. My “stylist” (I put in parentheses because I have long straight hair and just get it cut straight across) was Brian – a stout youngish man with a gorgeous beard visible below the very properly worn mask (that all were wearing and were required of all patrons as well). Brian was very personable and friendly and put me at ease right away. (I’ve just never enjoyed getting haircuts…who knows why )

This fits the bill if you need a reasonable cut and you are not too particular about how perfect it looks. When they are running a sale and you check in on the app it maximizes your time and stretches your $. Turnover is constant so you do get what you pay for. If you get a great cut or have an amazing stylist, be generous. If they have to wrangle your toddler and be an entertainer, take advantage of the cost savings and give them a better tip because they are trying hard to deliver great service!

Its a haircut worth the price. Sometimes, you are very satisfied. Other times, you take the scissors out as soon as you get home and finish the job. Staff is funny and crack jokes but they do not like the owner. I honestly find that endearing.

Service was fine but the cut wasn’t good at all. Choppy layering, especially in the back, and noticeably thin on the sides, when I came in for a straightforward scissor cut. The guys were nice enough but the cut itself was one of the worst I’ve had. I won’t be going back.

On top of that it was so uneven all over. I went to anther great clips to try to fix what little hair I had left.A complete butcher job to say the least. Back in December, signed in online so my elderly mother didn’t have to wait too long before they would be ready for her. Mom had not been there before so we waited her turn for the next available stylist. Grace was very patient and caring with my mother who can’t move very fast with her walker, etc. She provided extra towel padding for neck support when washing Mom’s hair. Mom was very pleased with the short cut that she had asked Grace to do. Thank you Grace taking care of my Mom.
