I love it here. The staff are very friendly. Bliss is a knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist. I’ve been going monthly for 4 months and my back and hip pain have greatly reduced. I also have really enjoyed the facials; Teresa did an awesome job. It’s a clean and comfortable facility. I also find their membership program fair and rewarding.

Wow! What an amazing spa! I went for my first visit last week and was really amazed. The spa is beautifully done and the services were top notch. Very professional staff and was even greeted by the owner. Everyone made us feel welcome, comfortable and very pampered. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Went here for the first time with friends for a girls spa day and had a fantastic experience! As an added special touch, they even welcomed us on their entrance sign. The facility is clean and has a calming vibe and the staff are knowledgeable and so welcoming. Highly recommend!

The staff is absolutely welcoming and professional Jamie is sooo attentive, courteous, they greet you with the most sincere and warm smiles, from the moment you opened those doors all you feel is great vibes. Hands down THE BEST MASSAGE EVER!!! Will was AMAZING, knowledgeable and got me in a state of relaxation I couldn’t believe… I work under pressure and deal with a lots of stress and all I can say he did wonders with his hands… after the massage he gave me few tips to ease my neck, shoulders and lower back, professional, caring and what I loved the most was how comfortable he made me feel. He definitely got a new client.. so if you want to have a great experience request him trust me you’ll not regret it!!

I had my second appointment at this spa location last week. As with the first, I was very satisfied with the massage. This time I did a hot stone massage. It was different from the very first hot stone massage I received, but relaxing, nonetheless. I also got a facial this time. I highly recommend Safra. She had me glowing all day! I was also very impressed with the front desk customer service Angela provided. She was knowledgeable and friendly. It was not my intention to become a spa member but after talking with her, I was convinced I would get the most bang for my buck doing so. More places need people like her representing them upfront. The owner was very friendly and helpful as well.

There was difficulty making an appointment online. Eventually just made a new account. Made introductory massage w/mini hot stones. I couldn’t change the first name on the reservation online (was booked in my name since it was my account). I called and changed the recipient’s name. Arrived and told the receptionist that [daughter] is here for her introductory massage w/mini hot stones. I signed my paperwork and off my daughter went. Found out at the end of the massage that my daughter never got the mini hot stones. Massage therapist said it wasn’t on the sheet. When I spoke with front office, they were confused. I showed my email with appointment and details. I told them I had to call and change the first name but I didn’t change anything else. They said maybe they started the appointment from scratch and forgot about the stones. They said sorry. Would have been nice to ask how they could make things right. If they had made an effort, I would probably be repeat business. I’m not looking for anything ridiculous. Maybe next appointment has complementary mini stones or maybe I can get the next appointment at an introductory rate. Good customer service means positive endings and repeat business. Note: I don’t believe the customer is always right!

First time at Hand and Stone – I scheduled a 60 minute massage and the only disappointment was that it was over in 50 minutes – not sure why it ended early.Also hope that they add longer massages to their list of services in the future.
